Escrow
« on: September 30, 2016, 05:39:58 PM »
If you are selling a valuable domain name, then consider using an escrow service. One that I've used without and problems goes by the catchy name "Escrow.com"

Check out their site here - https://www.escrow.com/

Since Brandon Abbey ( the former owner of Escrow.com) sold the business, there seem to have been a number of reported problems. I would suggest that you use Escrow.com with caution until the new company activities have become a bit clearer. I believe that Brandon Abbey has moved to the new escrow service provided by Payoneer.

With the advent of SegWit, Bitcoin looks like an interesting alternative as an escrow service. I'd be interested in hearing from anybody who has used multi-signatures to perform an escrow function.
